Do You Have to Work Out on Trilogiii?
No gym required. Thirty minutes of movement a day โ and a walk counts.
You don't need a gym membership or a structured workout program to follow the Trilogiii protocol. What the protocol asks for is thirty minutes of dedicated movement a day, and a walk genuinely counts.
That bar is intentionally low. The point isn't to add a demanding fitness regimen on top of an already significant dietary change โ it's to add enough consistent movement to support two specific things: your metabolism, and muscle preservation while you're eating less than usual.
If you already have a workout routine you enjoy, keep it โ nothing about the protocol conflicts with more structured exercise. But if you don't, or if this is already a lot of change to take on at once, thirty minutes of walking checks the box. Around the neighborhood, on a treadmill, during a phone call โ it doesn't need to be complicated to count.
The goal is consistency over intensity. Thirty minutes most days beats an intense hour once a week, especially in the context of a month-long protocol where you're already asking your body to adjust to a lot.
