TRIII Therapeutics

Triii Therapeutics

Paul Myhill — The Formulator

30 years of nutritional science. A product built on the deepest research he knows. And a life committed to two kinds of restoration.

Paul Myhill founded Triii after nearly 30 years studying nutrigenomics, protein transcription factors, cell signaling pathways, and hormone research. His formulations have generated nearly $3 billion in global sales and appear in almost 50 peer-reviewed journals. Trilogiii represents the culmination of that work — a system designed not to add more supplements to your life, but to deliver what your body already knows it needs, in a form it can actually use.

“Every person is created with purpose and dignity. My commitment to World Orphans is as deep as my commitment to Trilogiii. Both are about restoration — restoring what people need to thrive.”

— Paul Myhill, Founder, Triii Therapeutics & World Orphans
A Cause Beyond Nutrition

World Orphans

In 2003 — long before Trilogiii — Paul co-founded World Orphans on a simple belief: children belong in families. He applied the same philosophy that drives his nutritional science: restoration requires addressing root causes, not just symptoms.

Most children living in orphanages have one living parent. The crisis isn't always abandonment — it's poverty, lack of opportunity, and community breakdown. World Orphans doesn't build orphanages. It equips local churches to come alongside vulnerable families, providing practical support, economic opportunity, and dignity.

Family Preservation, Not Orphanages

The Home-Based Care model addresses the root cause of family separation — and walks families all the way to independence.

1

Church Partnership

Through local churches, World Orphans comes alongside vulnerable families in their own communities. The church knows the families. The church is trusted. The church is sustainable — long after any outside organization leaves.

2

Family Support

Practical care that addresses the real barriers keeping families separated: school fees, food support, healthcare access, and economic training. The goal is to remove the circumstances that force separation.

3

Toward Independence

Economic empowerment — job training, artisan skills, microenterprise — so families don't stay dependent. They move toward independence, dignity, and the capacity to support future generations.

The Families Behind the Numbers

Kenya

A Grandmother's Strength

Martha is 75 years old, raising her grandchildren and great-grandchildren in Kenya while suffering from severe arthritis. Every morning, she wakes in pain — but her love for her family moves her to tend her small garden, selling produce to feed those who depend on her. When Fountain of Hope Church recognized her need, they didn't take her grandchildren. They came alongside Martha. With World Orphans' support, the church provided food, healthcare access, and community. Martha's family stayed together.

Haiti

From Orphan to Thriving Young Adult

Eldine lost both parents and was facing an uncertain future in Haiti. But the Home-Based Care program through Eglise de Dieu de la Bible Church stepped in — paying school fees, providing medical care, sending food packages monthly.

World Orphans and Eglise de Dieu de la Bible was always there for me. The HBC program provided for me what my parents should have.
