After your goal

You hit your goal. Here is what comes next.

Maintenance is a phase of the protocol, not the end of it. The weight-loss products come out. Your daily nutrient coverage stays, because that is the part that carries forward.

Why stopping altogether is the risky option

Long-term weight maintenance depends on continuing to meet your daily essential nutrient needs. Modern diets tend to be high in calories and low in true nutrient density, which is the gap the protocol was closing the whole time you were losing.

Without adequate nutrients, the body may signal ongoing hunger. That raises the risk of drifting back toward old eating patterns, which is the actual mechanism behind most regain. The weight-loss capsules were the temporary part. The nutrient foundation was always the permanent part.

So the move at your goal is to step down, not to stop.

What changes, and what stays

What comes out

  • βœ•Calorie Burner Cell Protector. It supported the active weight-loss phase. That phase is over.
  • βœ•Bioactive Protein Booster. The extra satiety protein was there to make a calorie deficit manageable.
  • βœ•Small meals as a rule. They become a strong recommendation instead.
  • βœ•Weighing often. Once a week, same conditions, is enough now.

What stays

  • βœ“Your Foundation + Stimulation shake, at half the daily amount. Same shake, same flavors, a smaller scoop.
  • βœ“Your 40+ Essential Nutrients, delivered by BIACTIN to the optimal absorption site.
  • βœ“Water, movement and sleep. These carried the first phase and they carry this one.
  • βœ“The Trilogiii community, where people at every stage compare notes.

Reintroducing food

Bring foods back one category at a time, and hold each one for about a week before adding the next. Start with low-glycemic fruit and higher-fiber carbohydrates. Leave added sugar and highly processed food until last, if at all, since those are what drove the cravings you spent the last phase clearing.

One change a week means that if something doesn't suit you, you know exactly what it was.

If the scale starts to move back

A few pounds either way is normal fluctuation, not regain. Weigh once a week under the same conditions rather than daily, and judge the trend over several weeks rather than any single morning.

If the trend does hold upward, tighten meals back toward lean protein and vegetables first, and give that two weeks before changing anything else. If you want a full reset, going back to Core Weight Loss for a period is a normal move, not a failure.

How to switch your subscription

Switching from Core or Boost to Maintenance is not something you can do yourself in your account, so we do it for you. Email support@triii.life with the subject β€œStep down to Maintenance” and we will move your subscription across before your next renewal. Tell us your flavor preference.

If you would rather not wait, you can cancel your current subscription and start a Maintenance subscription yourself. Just check the renewal date on your existing one first so you are not paying for both.

Common questions

Do I have to step down, or can I just stay on Core?

You can stay. Some people keep running Core or Boost while they work toward a further goal, and there is nothing wrong with that. Maintenance is the lighter, lower-cost option once active weight loss is no longer the objective.

Can I go back to Core later?

Yes, and plenty of people do. Returning to Core Weight Loss for a period is a normal move, not a failure. If you want a full reset, the first two weeks of the Core protocol work the same way they did the first time.

Will I regain the weight on Maintenance?

No supplement can promise that, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling. What Maintenance is designed to do is keep your daily essential nutrient needs met, which is the part most likely to be dropped and the part that supports steady satiety signaling day to day.
